GOSPEL AND CHARISM, encouraging hope

We thank the Lord for Sr Cecilia Andrés, the new Provincial Superior of the Province "Mater Carmeli" Europe, who was elected today by the sisters gathered in Barcelona for the V Provincial Chapter, under the theme GOSPEL AND CHARISMA, encouraging hope. Thank you very much Cecilia, you have our prayers and our support. May the Lord continue to be your support for the animation of the life and mission of the Province during the triennium 2021-2024.

We would also like to thank Sister Carmen Ibáñez Porcel for her dedication and devotion during these 6 years to the animation of the Province of Europe. Thank you very much Carmen, may the Lord continue to bless you and may you continue to do so much good for the sisters.

We leave you the moving moment in which Sr Carmen Ibáñez ratifies the appointment of Sr Cecilia Andrés as the new Provincial Superior, after having been confirmed by Sr Lila Rosa Ramírez Montes, Superior General.

Now the Eucharist of Thanksgiving to the Lord who continues to do his work and who proposes Sr Cecilia for the leadership of the Province. And we continue to pray for the government team that will take on this mission together with the Provincial.
