Francisco Palau has a clear objective: the mystery of the Church is the centre of his interior life and his apostolic activity. He insistently repeats that living the Church is equivalent to the supreme fulfilment of charity: love of God and love of neighbour. His great passion and concern will be directed towards loving and serving this Total Christ... in the most urgent needs among the poorest.

The Carmelite Missionary Sisters today exercise the Social Apostolate through our way of life and activities, we insert ourselves socially and spiritually with the same apostolic zeal that Francisco Palau bequeathed to us... in the words of Pope Francis: to alleviate the distress of those in need, those on the margins of society, by going to the "poorest of the poor", to the "poorest of the poor" and to the "poorest of the poor".borders" where the excluded are today... immigrants, abused, exploited, wounded women...unaccompanied minorsAdolescents, CIEs, refugees...SERVING, ACCOMPANYING AND DENUNCIATING...the injustices with all of them, "attentive to the cry of the pain of the brother with a concrete face".
