Promote a socio-cultural training process for peasant leaders who can guide and accompany their communities in the knowledge of their duties and rights, in order to fight for a more dignified life and greater well-being for all.
Description
The project is being developed with 600 Afro-Colombian peasants from the villages of Tumaco, in order to improve the organisation, participation and socio-economic development of a sector of the rural population.
It aims to train leaders to accompany the communities in the villages and to train them in critical, ethical, social and solidarity awareness by creating a network of social agents.
